Hovicon International consists of approximately 35 employees and is engaged in the production of dispensers (pumps) for dosing sauces, dressings and cleaning agents.

The number of hours per week is in mutual consultation, we are flexible in this regard. Perfect to combine with a study or children! Your daily work mainly consists of assembling our sauce dispensers in our factory in Nieuwebrug/Vijfhuizen. Certain parts of the dispensers are manufactured with CNC lathes. If your ambition lies in operating these machines, you can do so through internal training.

• 15-38 hours per week;
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a contract for an indefinite period if performance is good;
• Pleasant working environment in a small team with short lines;
• Salary depending on age and experience;
• 8% holiday pay + 25 holiday days per year (based on 38 hours);
• An excellent pension scheme (CAO Metaal & Techniek).

Je bezoekt bestaande en potentiële klanten in de DACH landen voor het en onderhouden en opbouwen van waardevolle partnerrelaties. Je bent de commerciële en technische vraagbaak voor je klanten en streeft win-winsituaties voor alle betrokken partijen na. In deze functie is het belangrijk om je productkennis op peil houden en tevens de (internationale) marktontwikkelingen goed te volgen. Je werkt nauw samen met de afdeling Verkoop binnendienst en de Marketing manager.

Deze functie is voor 30-38 uur per week en je verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere:

• Je bent mede verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden en calculeren van de offertes samen met de verkoop binnendienst, de onderhandeling en het afsluiten van de orders incl. verkoopcondities. Je klanten zijn voornamelijk producenten van saus en reinigingsmiddelen;
• Je maximaliseert de marges bij de klanten als ook de betalingstermijnen;
• Onderzoeken waarom je ‘deals’ wint en waarom je ze verliest;
• Je gaat voor, samen met je klanten/relaties, het opbouwen van een duurzame relatie door professioneel advies en (technische) expertise van ons programma;
• Contact onderhouden met belangrijke klanten of verkoopkanalen om op de hoogte te blijven van ontwikkelingen, welke wensen er liggen en hoe het bedrijf deze tegemoet kan komen;
• Je staat in nauw contact met onze collega’s in de Asept Group;

Wij zijn een match als jij:

• Ervaring hebt in een soortgelijke functie;
• Minimaal een MBO-3 of HAVO opleiding hebt gevolgd;
• Kennis en ervaring met Microsoft Office 365 is een pré;
• Een zakelijke beheersing hebt van de Nederlandse, Engelse en Duitse taal in woord en geschrift;
• Integer, overtuigend, klantvriendelijk, representatief en resultaatgericht;
• Je beheert je agenda op efficiënte, proactieve en zelfstandige wijze;
• Een geldig rijbewijs B bezit.
